Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–9 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — UK tracked shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend. We also gift a free Hair Remover Mitt on orders over £40.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day happy-pet guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also track it on our Track Order page.

Do items ship separately?

Some items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate packages. This doesn't affect your delivery estimate.
