Refund & Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Fur Bond purchase.

Our 30-day happy-pet guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return, replacement or refund.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To cancel, email hello@furbond.co.uk. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@furbond.co.uk with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Condition of returned items

Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, grooming items used on a pet may only be returned if faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for return postage; for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll cover the return cost and send a replacement or full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
