Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery times

UK delivery typically takes 5–9 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can track it any time on our Track Order page.

Dispatch note

Some items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners and may arrive separately if you order multiple products. This does not affect your delivery estimate.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@furbond.co.uk and we'll put it right under our 30-day guarantee.
